If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Demi Gem is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost or stolen afterward. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply to international orders. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
